Portable process calibrator
This high-quality Bourdon tube pressure gauge has been designed especially for the process industry. The use of high-quality stainless steel materials and the robust design are geared to applications in the chemical and process engineering industries. Thus the instrument is suitable for liquid and gaseous media, also in aggressive environments. Scale ranges of 0 ... 0.6 to 0 ... 1,600 bar [0 ... 10 to 0 ... 20,000 psi] ensure the measuring ranges required for a wide variety of applications.
The S-20 pressure sensor is a versatile specialist for demanding tasks and harsh environments. The measuring ranges from 0 ... 0.4 to 0 ... 1,600 bar [0 ... 5.8 to 0 ... 23,200 psi] can be combined with many output signals, electrical connections and process connections. These configuration options allow for over 1 billion versions and leave much room for tailor-made customisation. The S-20 is also at home in critical industrial applications and works reliably with heat, vibrations or aggressive media.
The PSD-4 electronic pressure switch is the universal solution for industrial automation tasks – also in hygienic applications and under harsh conditions. Due to an accuracy of < ±0.5 % and minimal long-term drift, it permanently ensures an accurate representation of the process pressure for more than 100 million load cycles. The pressure switch is available with a digital output signal as well as a switchable and scalable analogue output. In addition, it can also be easily monitored via the self-diagnostics.
Resistance thermometers of this series are intended to be screwed directly into the process, mainly in vessels and pipelines. They are suitable for liquid and gaseous media under moderate mechanical stress and normal chemical conditions. The stainless steel thermowell is fully welded and screwed into the connection head. The interchangeable measuring insert can be removed without taking out the complete probe from the plant. This enables inspection, measuring equipment monitoring or, when servicing is necessary, replacement while the plant is running.
The magnetic level gauge model BNA consists of a bypass chamber, which, as a communicating tube, is connected laterally to a vessel via at least 2 process connections (flanged, threaded or welded). Through this type of arrangement of the magnetic level gauge, the level in the bypass chamber corresponds to the level in the vessel. The float with a built-in permanent magnetic system, which is mounted within the bypass chamber, transmits the liquid level, contact-free, to the magnetic display mounted to the outside of the bypass chamber. In this are fitted, at 10 mm intervals, two-coloured plastic rollers or stainless steel flaps with bar magnets.
The IIoT-capable model PGW2x.100 pressure gauge finds its use wherever the process pressure has to be indicated on-site and, at the same time, centralised, web-based remote monitoring is required. The model PGW2x.100 is based on a fully welded and robust Bourdon tube measuring system. It therefore combines the mechanical measuring system with electronic signal processing. Battery-operated wireless transmission via LoRaWAN® (“Long Range Wide Area Network”) is based on LPWAN technology (“Low Power Wide Area Network”) to enable high transmission ranges and long battery life.
The model CPG1500 precision digital pressure gauge adopts the concept of an analogue pressure gauge and at the same time works with the precision of a digital calibration instrument. The instrument thus combines the accuracy of digital measurement technology with the simplicity of an analogue measuring instrument and features impressive performance and ease of use. The CPG1500 offers an accuracy of 0.1 % FS, 0.05 % FS or 0.025 % FS and is temperature-compensated in the range of -10 … +50 °C [14 ... 122 °F]. Measurements can be displayed in any of 26 pressure and 5 level units, or in custom units to avoid intricate conversions. The measuring rate can be user-defined to match the type of measurement required. Standard applications usually use three measured values per second. If required, this measuring rate can also be set to 50 measured values per second.
The industrial series pressure controller, model CPC4000 features a wide pressure range from -1 ... 210 bar. This instrument is available as a desktop or as a 19" rack-mounting kit. Up to two reference pressure transducers and one additional barometer can be installed. The barometer can be used to indicate the atmospheric pressure or to emulate gauge or absolute pressure.
Whether in laboratories, workshops or on-site, the CTD9350 series of temperature dry-well calibrators can meet any calibration requirement. All instruments can be fitted, with an integrated measuring instrument. This enables the measurement of resistances, thermoelectric voltages and also current signals (from thermometers with a 0/4 ... 20 mA transmitter) and their direct display in °C. Four versions from -50 ... +700 °C [-58 ... +1,292 °F] The temperature dry-well calibrators are matched to five temperature ranges. The CTD9350-165 has a range of -35 ... +165 °C [-31 ... +329 °F], the CTD9350-165-X also offers a larger insert of 60 mm [2.36 in]. If a larger measuring range is required, the CTD9350-COOL is the right choice. The range -50 ... +200 °C [-58 ... +392 °F] is optimal for the biotechnology as well as the pharmaceutical and food industries. Above 40 °C [104 °F] are used: the CTD9350-450 and CTD9350-700 with a limit temperature of 450 °C [842 °F] and 700 °C [1,292 °F], with the CTD9350-450 offering a larger measuring insert. All instruments are fitted with dry wells for large inserts.
